How can I pay?
You can pay by wire transfer/EFT or online with your credit/debit card in installments you want.
When will my order be shipped and in how many days will it reach me?
After you place your order, your cargo will be sent within 2 business days at the latest. Your cargo will be delivered within 1-3 business days after delivery.
Your order is delivered to the cargo within the time specified in the product description for our personalized design products made to order.
Will I pay shipping fees?
Your shipping is free for your purchases of 750 TL or more. For orders under 750 TL, your shipping fee is 35 TL.
Which shipping company do we work with?
We work with domestic cargo. Orders are delivered within 1-3 working days after the delivery date.
Can I order from abroad?
You can order from anywhere in the world. For your overseas orders, shipping is made with PTT cargo and Freight.
How can I track my cargo?
You can track your order by clicking the "Where is my cargo" button.
In how many days can I return or change my order?
You can return or exchange it within 15 days.
What should I do for a return or exchange?
You must return the product or products you want to return or exchange, together with all copies of the invoices sent to you. Your request will be processed on the day your shipment reaches us.

Unfortunately, we do not have the opportunity to return/exchange used, washed or destroyed products.
The return of products that cannot be purchased by another customer, whose original packaging has been damaged, has lost its resalable feature, is not accepted.
Will I pay the shipping fee for returns and exchanges?
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are your responsibility.
You can send your product/products that you want to return or exchange to us at a discount with the company code 512313763 with Yurtiçi Cargo, which is our contracted cargo company. If you want to send it with a different cargo company, simply send us the cargo tracking number.
In cases caused by our fault or the defective product sent, the shipping fee will be covered by us.
I liked some of my products and did not like some, what should I do?
You do not need to return all the products you buy, you can only return or exchange some of them.
I lost the invoice that came with the order, what should I do?
If you want to make an exchange, we can also process it without an invoice. Of course, we can make your refund by deducting the VAT fee in uninvoiced return requests.
When will I be refunded for the product I returned?
Your return or exchange request is processed on the day your cargo reaches us.
When we receive your cargo, we send the return of the orders you paid by EFT / Money Transfer back to the account number you provided us within 1 business day.
We instruct the bank on the same day for refunds for purchases made with a credit card. Your refund will be reflected in your account within 3 working days. The reflection of your payment on your card may differ according to the processing times of the banks. Depending on the bank, the refund amount will be refunded to the card within a maximum of 10 working days.
